Pasco Bail Bonds

Thank You for visiting the Pasco Bail Bonds website. If you have a friend or loved one who is incarcerated in the Franklin County Jail, Pasco , Washington then we help you get them out. Our bail bond service is quite simple, it works like this: Your friend or loved one gets arrested by the Pasco Police Department or the Franklin County Sheriffs Office. After the arrest your person will be transported th the Franklin County Jail, Pasco, Washington. He/She will booked and placed into an intake cell. The intake cell is where people remain until after their arraignment (arraignment is where you are brought up in front of the judge and your charges are read to you. At this time you may be assigned a public defender or you may have your own paid attorney. Depending on the charges you may want to have a paid attorney represent you. We can point you in the direction of a great attorney referral service.)

Bail Bond Process

Once a person has gone through the booking area they will have the opportunity to call a bail bondsman. A bail bondsman (that’s what we are at Pasco Bail Bonds) will then speak to the defendant (person in jail) and try to help them locate somebody on the outside that can help them get out by paying the premium (The typical rate for a bail bond is approximately 10% of the bail amount. If the bail is $10,000.00 the bail bondsman will collect a non refundable premium of $1,000.00), this person is called the co-signer or the indemnitor. This person is responsible to make sure the defendant shows up for all of his/her court appointments and provides the appropriate payment and collateral to guarantee that the defendant will appear and cover any expenses in case the defendant appears to appear for the pre-assigned court appointment. The indemnitor is usually a gainfully employed person with at least 1 year on the job, good credit and has the ability to guarantee that the defendant will go to court. If the defendant does not show up for court the judge will issue a warrant for his/her arrest and the indemnitor may have to pay all expenses involved in apprehending the defendant including the initial cost of the bond.

Please call us now, we are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for all you bail bond needs.
